Hi there

While applying the Rel 12.1.3 Upgrade (Patch 9239090) the script ce8509466.sql.has
failed with the following error :

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/opt/appsdev/apps/apps_st/appl/ce/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/ce8509466.sql

ORA-29282: invalid file ID
