Adding HR Organization in Projects

Hi All,
I am trying to figure out how to add new Organization values to Oracle Projects that can be chosen when creating a new project. I've added the business unit to the HR Organizations table within Projects, and set up AutoAccounting and Classification information related to the business unit, but I cannot get the business unit to show up in the list of available options for the project organization.

I've included screenshots in the attached document.

If someone has the secret to properly configuring these items, I'd be ecstatic.
