What patches are required to start using AME in release 11.5.10.2?

We will be implementing AME (approvals management engine) into an existing 11.5.10.2 environment.  None of the AME.B patches have been applied.  Where can I find which ones are the latest patches for AME.  I see an AME.B (4428060), AME.B.1 (4873179), AME.B.2 (5708576).

Are three any AME.B later than RUP2?

Do we have to install AME.B before the RUP or can we just install the latest RUP even if AME.B (4428060) has not been installed?
