How to limit List of Values (LOV) to specific ledgers

Hello,

 

We have several ledgers and each ledger has its own set of recurring entries, mass allocations and revaluation templates.  Currently the list of values shows the recurring entries, mass allocations and bank templates for all ledgers which is inconvenient, messy and confusing to our foreign subsidiaries.  (You have to scroll through all items on the list to find the ones for your ledger.) Is there any way to limit the list of values to specific ledgers?

I found one document** that said this was standard functionality...I was hoping this had changed or there was a work around.
