R12.1.1 Installation on RHEL Linux 6

Hello Everyone:
I am in process of installing Oracle E-Business R12.1.1 on RHEL Linux 6 (64 bit) environment.  I am following the installation doc 761566.1 as per this doc it requires to link Motif library prior to installation. The issue is I am missing the X11R6 directory on my file system and I can't link this library file.  Please let me know if I am missing any RPM packages and wondering how I am going to bring this directory on file system.

ln -s /usr/X11R6/lib/libXst.so.6.1 /usr/lib/libXst.so.6
