Patch 9239090 - Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully

I've got the following while applying this patch:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        ARBRMAIN.pll
au      resource        ARXRWRCT.pll
au      resource        ARXTWMAI.pll
au      resource        CSCHTAB.pll
au      resource        CSSRISR.pll
au      resource        IBYCPTST.pll
au      resource        IEXPYPRS.pll
au      resource        ARXRWBOE.pll

Trying to manually generate ARBRMAIN.pll with adadmin also ends in error.

How can I see what the problem is to resolve?
