According PMBOK Oracle Mapping, part "Quality Planning", Number : 8.1

In the document of mapping we see:
Oracle Project Management Functions:
Oracle Projects provides user-tunable functionality for determining which project types require Quality Management Plans. If a plan is needed,
Oracle Projects provides the capability to define and activate a review process, including approvals and signoffs. Oracle’s template repository provides templates for Quality Management Plans, with a Help/Tutorial function available.The repository functions can provide an archive of Quality Management Plans from organizations’ past projects.These may be used as the foundation for new, similar projects.
