Need Help "Email notification is not flowing to vendor email account for PO Approval"
we are facing issues where for some of our vendors email notification (PO approval) is not flowing on their email account.
We have checked supplier site setup, email account validity etc.
Suppliers are receiving normal email notification from lotus notes and replying back.
Workflow mailer is also up.
Attaching the test case.
Please let me know if anything else to be checked.
