Is it possible to use project contract for purchased contract?

Dear All
Hi

We have 2 types of projects.

In the first group we have some customer (we Produce product for customer) and in the second group we have supplier (Supplier produce product for us).

Question is that is it possible to use Project Contract Responsibility for both or it can be use only for the first one?
