move the red asterisk for Required field indicator

Hello,

 

Am using Siebel 8.1 and am trying to move the red asterisk for Required field indicator to the left side of the label like in 7.8,  but it is not working.

I browsed the support web, and found this document (ID 1481172.1 ), but it needs a direct sql which is not supported by support web.

Kindly advice if there is a way to do this.
