Grid Control Provisioning Patching has a problem at the OPatch Step

Hello,
I am currently using Grid Control Provisioning to patch databases from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5. The patching job completes ok, all steps completed ok without any errors and the databases looks to be patched successfully to 10.2.0.5

After patching I tried an "opatch version" command and got the following error and was also surprised to see that opatch was only at version 10.2.0.4.9 when it should have been 10.2.0.5.1 which believe it was before the patching was started. -
class not found: OsInfo - OsInfo
Invoking OPatch 10.2.0.4.9
OPatch Version: 10.2.0.4.9
OPatch succeeded.

Does this mean when patching homes using the provisioning service, we have to manually upgrade each home's OPatch before patching?
