After cloning Oracle EBS 12.1.3 Concurrent managers status Target node/queue unavailable

Hi AllI have cloned Oracle EBS 12.1.3. After cloning with Rapid Clone. After coning when I check status of Concurrent managers it shows  status

"Target node/queue unavailable"
or "deactivated"
