Error while applying patch Apr'13 CPU 16196187 on 11i(11.5.10.2)

issue:

We are facing the below error while applying the Apr'13 CPU patch(16196187) on 11i(11.5.01.2) with ATG RUP 6.


Error:
Log and Info File sync point:
Sun May 26 2013 01:29:22
AutoPatch found some files which it will not apply.
These files are listed in the AutoPatch informational message file.

AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'pay html pyauselp.jsp'

AutoPatch error:
