Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Getting error - value entered is not valid for the current field.please reenter for a customer

Hi All,

We are having a issue when trying to select ship to address for transactions for a customer.

It is getting a error - value entered is not valid for the current field.please reenter.

Though ship to is enabled for the customer.

Please advise.
