 Hi,

Patch 14739752:R12.FA.B failed to compile the form:

ERROR generating form "forms/US/FAXSUBCT.fmx" from input file
/u01/app/applmgr/OADEV3/shared/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/forms/US/FAXSUBCT.fmb

Compilation error on package body BOOK_CONTROLS:
