Create Accounting vs Submit Accounting in receivables

 HI,
If we have invoice in rules -As far i know we don't need to run Create Accounting process in AR,Submit Accounting program can do the job and invokes revenue recognition.
If we are not using any invoice in rules-then create accounting process will run.

am i correct on the concept?
