Centralised Purchasing

  Dear All,

 Can anyone please provide the structure for centralised purchasing. We have 4 countries with different currencies and ledgers and would like to have a centralised purchasing from one country. In this scenario, how would be the flow of purchasing, is it mandatory to implement order management and account receivables modules? If anyone can provide me the architecture showing the centralised purchasing process, i would be highly obliged.
