How the Real time Radio Frequncency mobile service will work with coding Labels

I want to use the RRF

1 - do I need to use the mobile devices? correct?

2 - How will be the reading of the labels of LPN and the item label of the suppliers?

3 - When I read the Supplier LPN , so I will know all the items, lot, serial number of the goods containing the LPN

3 - How will be the labels of the shipping to the customer including the LPN labels

4 - Do I need to cross reference my item to the supplier item before receiving the goods

5 - Can I do receiving on the device and then print the labels
