Using libpam.so.0 without symbolic link from libpam.so possible?

We he are using Cloud Control 12C (12.1.0.1.0 ) and want to submit jobs with sudo on the Linux-server (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8 , symbolic links we use PAM on the server.

It is functioning, but ONLY when we use a symbic link  from libpam.so  to  libpam.so.0  (which is linked to another  libpam.so.0<version_number>

Our Linux-adminstartor don't want to make much symbolic links, so:

Does someone knows if there is another possibiltity to configure this (for instance in agent-config-files) or somewhere else ????
