How Vacation Rule/Delegation works for purchase requiistion approval

Hi ,

I need some clarification regarding Vacation Rule/Delegation notification for purchase requiistion approval.

When a person1 setup avacation rule to give access to person2 for the req approval notification, does oracle checks the approval authority/limit of the person2 ?

for eg:

Person1 has approval limit of 200 USD

Person2 has approval limit of 100 USD

Now Person1 setup a vacation rule to give access the notification to Person2.

Now a req approval notification for 150 USD came to person1.Now both the person1 and person2 got these notification.Now if  the person2 tries to approve the notification should it be approved?
