Creating a RAC Physical Standby for a RAC Primary

We want to implement Oracle Dataguard on our production database in Accra Ghana  to the DR database in London.

1) Primary Database is Oracle 10R2 Rac. 2 Node Rac Clusters with about 35 databases.

2) best way to implement this and a step by step document to achieving it.

3) how to direct dataguard configuration to use the dedicated fibre network line for the archivelog movement. for speed.

4) i nee this information asap.
