Master Items and iProcurement 11.5.10

Hi,

I have defined Master items but no ASL rules or Blanket Agreement as yet.

I want to upload these item in iProcurement. How I can do that? Our instance is 11.5.10

I tried using e-catalog loader using Item Master extract but nothing is working.

Any suggestion?
