Open UI Mobile Client - Detailed Views Missing

Greetings Colleagues;
Has anyone come across this situation for Siebel OUI:

1. Navigate to Quotes
2. Select a quote or create a new quote
3. Create new Order against the quote
4. Drill down on newly created order
5. Try creating new line items against the order using "Line Item" tab. The issue happens intermittently.

For replication in the log files there are similar warnings and errors, currently the issue is seen on Safari so I'll look for requirements on this Browser.

I'm trying to find some documentation to support this but haven not found anything yet, any help is appreciated.
