R12.0.6+ : Oracle Payables Trial Balance Diagnostics For An Invoice

I do not have Trial Balance Diagnostic in my instance. After I logging in to Application Diagnostics > select XLA application, I have Trial Balance Diagnostics but Trial Balance Diagnostics For An Invoice test is not available.
Can someone help me to find out the patch that needs to be applied to get the Trial Balance diagnostic for an invoice in R12.0.6.

I reviewed R12.0.6+ : Oracle Payables Trial Balance Diagnostics For An Invoice Activity Test [ID 829180.1] but not able to figure out the required patch.
Also, reviewed Patch 8517685: TRIAL BALANCE DIAGNOSTICS FAILS WHEN THERE ARE NO 11I TABLES but not sure if this is the right patch.
