Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. RMA Receipt date is earlier than the shipped date error

We got the note error when we're trying to receive RMA order as you can see detail in the attachment. What should we do?
