Active Data Guard Licensing

Hi,
I have read the document "Oracle® Database Licensing Information 11g Release 2 (11.2) E10594-27".
On page 20, it states:
"The Active Data Guard option contains the following features:
■ Physical Standby with Real-time Query■ Fast Incremental Backup on Physical Standby■ Automatic Block RepairIf a physical standby database in a Data Guard configuration has any of the above features enabled, then the Active Data Guard option must be licensed for every such physical standby, and also for the primary database."It doesn't mention the snapshot standby. Please help me to address my issue.I have one production database (PROD) on three nodes RAC (11.2.0.3). If I want to create a physical standby database (STBY1) on a one node RAC on a remote side production environment AND create another snapshot standby (STBY2) on a two nodes RAC on local side dev/test environment - same location as production. The STBY1 is for Disaster Recovery Purpose. The STBY2 is for daily refresh data from PROD and generate reports through application. Due to the application has to be read/write mode to connect to database, so the0
