ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status

 Hi
Constantly in my alertlog file shows the following error message:

Control file backup creation failed.
Backup target file size found to be zero.
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/gentec/GENTEC2/trace/GENTEC2_arc2_15672.trc:
ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory

I searched several notes from My Oracle Support, finding information related to RMAN specifically in the parameter "CONFIGURE SNAPSHOT CONTROLFILE NAME TO", but I have many settings configured in the same way and this is the only error

Any ideas??
