Need SQL improvement

We have a poorly performing SQL query running Oracle 11g Standard Edition.

As a test, we ran the same SQL on 11g Enterprise Edition, and found the same slow response. 

Using SQL profile in Enterprise, we were able to create a execution plan that improves SQL performance.

My question is, how can I force database to use the improved execution SQL profile in the Oracle 11g Standard Edition????
