Document Category appears in LOV after end date

Hi,

I have end dated the assignemnt and sequences for a document cateogry in GL, but while entering manual JV the end dated catgories still appear in the LOV even if the date of entry  is after the end date of such categories.

How can I suppress or hide them from appearing in LOV so that user should not select them?
