POS Transacitons Failing in SIM

 Hi Guys
POS Transactions are failing in SIM with the following errors

1. "Error inserting into RK_ITM_LCN. ORA-00001: unique constraint (SIMPROD.PK_RK_ITM_LCN) violated".

2.ORA-02049: timeout: distributed transaction waiting for lockError in update stockables procedure 

3.Error in process_open_stks_late_sales. ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 193 with name "_SYSSMU193_3610513540$" too small

4.Error in update snapshot procedure. ORA-02049: timeout: distributed transaction waiting for lock

What might be the cause of this.
