Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. SR Remains with status NEW

Hi All,

I have created SR (3-7271720431 ), In project Costing Module, with a sevirty 2 and i haven't any update since long time

the SR remains with status "New", anybody encounter such issue Previously, do you knows how to figure out the problem.
