Significance of Event Number

 Hello All,
There is an asset picked by Create accounting program in APR-13 period. The same asset also appears in MAY-13 period. All the details are same in both the runs but the event number. 

Please let me know the meaning of this event number and how system gets this value?? Has the data duplicated?
