Creating legal entity

Hello Team,

Please we have a subsidiary under our Organization and i wish to create a legal entity for this subsidiary on EBS R12.1.1.

I will like to see how to navigate to the setting up of the legal entity:

My findings is below: but seems that navigation is not for release 12. What responsibility will i use to setup my legal entity

"Using Accounting Setup Manager, Legal Entities tab:
Navigation : Setup >Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups
Tab : Legal Entity
Button: Create Legal Entity"
