Services Procurement - OTL Timecard Leave transaction lines not interfaced to PO Receipt

Hi

I am looking to implement Services Procurement to enable the Contingent Worker functionality linking the OTL Timecard with the PO Receipt, but I have a requirement to not interface "Leave" entries from the OTL Timecard to the PO Receipt.  I want to create a PO Receipt for billable time only, but I want to record Leave/Sick time on the Timecard as well. 

Has anyone implemented something similar to this?

Is anyone aware of a way to set restrictions on the process that imports the Timecard lines into a Purchase Order Receipt?
