Adding a workflow...

Hi All,

We are looking to add some workflow to our reporting . Most of these reports are produced using bi Publisher , has anybody introduced a fairly low cost workflow process where reports can be distributed and allow for comments to be made or notes of any sort as the pass thru the flow...

any help appreciated
