Print and Email using Bursting in XML Publisher

Hi

We have a requirement to Print/Email Purchase orders based on the Supplier communication method, we did write the control file for both Print and Email but unfortunately Print does not seem to work through bursting, however email seems to work fine.

We are in 12.1.3 and our instances are running on 5.10 operating system.

We have used the same syntax on a 11.5.10 instance and both Print and Email seem to work fine. We tried to check with Oracle through SR but they seem to suggest CUPS which cannot be done on our server as it is a Solaris server.
