Log Car Accedint Information

Dear All, Please if you can help in the above mentioned, mainly our requirement is to have the car accident information logged in oracle system,
due to the fact that we have the cars defined as an asset in eAM ,so i thought to use asset attribute OR having a work order to log the accident info. in the WO completion  DFF.
 I felt I should share this with you as you might have another solution or work around
