Section headers in the Opportunity Section

Hello.

In the opportunity section of CRM OnDemand, it allows me to set the page layout so the the data fields are laid out the way I want.  However, each section has a name (from the previous admin) and now I am looking to change.  However, I don't know where to go to do this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
