Account balance for inventory is not the same as per the report and GL

at the end of april

check the balance of the inventory material account in GL

and run all the report of inventory value reports

the balance is not the same

I have checked all the pending transactions and there is no pending

1  - what do you thing the issue?

2 - How can I reconcile it?

3 - how can I check it the difference?
