Status of CRS autostartup

Is there any command that will help me to check if autostartup of CRS daemons is switched on?

I know this information is kept in /etc/oracle/scls_scr/<node>/root/crsstart file but I am looking for a command to check it in 10g and 11g. Thank you in advance.
