Report give getjobid=0

 Hi, We are using reports 11.1.2.0.0, and there is a small issue we are facing which is when we log off server, and try to generate the report from client machine it give us getjobid=0. 

For this we need to keep server turn on without log-off. 

if anyone have any solution on that please do let me know.
