US PAY: Quick Pay Fails: APP-PAY-06882: Assertion failure detected at location py3vntsetup:2.

Hi,

Quick Pay fails with:

HR_6882_HRPROC_ASSERT

LOCATION py3vntsetup:2

APP-PAY-06882: Assertion failure detected at location py3vntsetup:2.

Cause:        an internal error has occurred at location py3vntsetup:2.

Action:        please contact your Oracle customer representative.

Steps I followed :

+++++++++++++++++++

create a directory:$PAY_TOP/vendor/quantum

cp this file $PAY_TOP/lib/pyvendor.zip to $PAY_TOP/vendor/quantum

cd $PAY_TOP/vendor/quantum

unzip pyvendor.zip

unzip REDHAT40.zip it will create 2.9.7 directory

cp -pr $PAY_TOP/vendor/quantum/2.9.7 $PAY_TOP/vendor/

mkdir /testapps/appsvis/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/pay/12.0.0/vendor/data


(copied  /testapps/appsvis/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/pay/12.0.0/vendor/data/qfpt.dat to /testapps/appsvis/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/pay/12.0.0/vendor/data)
