Requisition not getting routed to approvers

Hi Friends

Needs input if anybody has encountered this kind of issue.

We have applied maintenance pack 11 ,bundles 24 and 25 to peoplesoft FSCM 9.1 ,the workflow was working good before applying maintenance and bundles.

Our workflow is based on one custom field applied on the REQ_LINE table.Based on custom field the workflow gets routed to the approvers.

Scenario:
I have a userid which has multiple roles assigned to it.we have dynamic approval for one stage and we have set Authorized approvers based on the role and amount.
Ex: custom field on the REQ_LINE table has values A,B,C and D.
