April 2013 Security Patch Installation Error
Windows 2008R2 server
Oracle 11.2.0.3
Patch Set 16656151
I've stopped all Oracle services as well as the Distributed Transactions...I'm receiving the following errors when running "opatch apply"
..FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\OPatch....log (Access is denied)
Unable to unlock Central Inventory
Any assistance would be appreciated.
