Rman fail when duplicate from active database with ORA-17629 ORA-17627 ORA-12154 ORA-17629: Cannot c

 Hi,  
     I recently have to clone my RAC PROD database to a test environment. Both the PROD and TEST environment are in the same Solaris host.

I have make everything ready to clone but got the following errors

ORA-17629: Cannot connect to the remote database server
ORA-17627: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
ORA-17629: Cannot connect to the remote database server


It seem to start copy file from target to auxiliary but it fail at the point "copying current control file" 
and  show below :
