Advance Leave: Correct Hourly Rate in the time cards before payroll

Hello Experts,

1. To adhere to the number of days in a payroll period, we ended up updating the standard hours in a month(in emp compensation) before payroll every month.

2. An employee applying a leave for September month today(May).

3. The standard hours for the leave is with base as 31 days.

4. Before September month, we would like to update the standard hours with the base as 30 days.

We understand there is a bug to enhance this(provide option to update std hours in time cards).

Is there any work around to update the standard hours before payroll?
