Getting error while approving the BPA Releases

Hello Experts

We are getting below error message while approving the BPA Releases. (gets this error when we click on "Approve" Button. Releases for OSP Item.

Error:    There exists a closed wip job for this document. on distribution 1 of shipment 1

We had applied the patches 15939036 and 14305923 to resolve this issue for BPA.

Please share your views while we are getting this error.
