Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. please would you be able to let me know the names of API's that could be used to create the following in bulk:

1 - Rating Scales

2 - New Competencies

3 - Linking Raring Scales to Competencies

4 - Competence Requirements

5 - Linking Competencies to employees
