Salary Encumbrances

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hello,

I am currently operating on 12.1.3. We have HRMS, OTL, LD and Grants Accounting. I would like to setup labor encumbrances to better account for expected costs within our projects. I believe that it is just a matter of setup to get it up and running. I have read the Labor Distribution implementation guide, which does provide some setup steps. I believe I have setup all the proper items based on that guide. However, I am still not able to get the interface table to GMS to load. I expect that the transaction_source "GOLDE" in the interface tables (GMS_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL, PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL)
