Oracle iRecruitment - Unable to prevent Employee Candidate from updating their current HR record edu

When an employee applies for a job through the responsibility "iRecruitment Employee Candidate", they are able to alter/update current HR educational qualification information during the application process.

I am trying to troubleshoot the following using very basic personalization with no success so far. Specifically we are looking at iRecruitment pages: /oracle/apps/irc/candidateSelfService/webui/AplEducationTblRN on page /oracle/apps/irc/candidateSelfService/webui/AplRevPG  (This data is also in the My Account area of iRec /oracle/apps/irc/candidateSelfService/webui/AplAccountDetailsPG )Also, if you are familiar with iRecruitment, hearing how you approach this functionality from a business perspective would be very helpful for me to share with our team.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Jeanne
